Daniel Cherney is a licensed REALTOR® with Seven Gables Real Estate, based at the Coast Office in Huntington Beach and serving clients throughout Orange County and Southern California.
Born and raised in Orange County, Daniel built his career intentionally, laying a foundation in business education, community leadership, and active property management before stepping into residential sales. The result is a new agent with the preparation of someone who's been at this far longer.
Daniel earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from Cal State Fullerton (CSUF), where he developed the marketing and advertising approach he now applies to listings, client outreach, and digital strategy. Before earning his real estate license (CA DRE #02443519) in 2026, he spent years in community leadership roles across Southern California, including the Orange Unified School District CARES program and the Junior Southern California Golf Association, building relationships with local families through youth programs and community outreach.
What sets Daniel apart is his dual role: he works simultaneously in residential sales and residential property management under the Seven Gables umbrella, handling move-in/move-out inspections, leasing support, and tenant relations. That hands-on exposure gave him an early, practical understanding of what it actually means to live in and take care of a home, not just close on one.
Daniel is a member of the Orange County Association of REALTORS® (OCAR) and the California Association of REALTORS® (CAR). He believes real estate is ultimately about people, trust, and communication, and brings a straightforward, approachable style to every transaction.
Outside of work, Daniel stays connected to the communities he serves through softball leagues, fitness, local coffee shops, and exploring new neighborhoods throughout Orange County, Long Beach, and greater Southern California. For Daniel, helping clients connect with the Southern California lifestyle isn't a tagline, it's how he lives.
